Dealing with Fear in Negotiations

A brief summary of win/win negotiations (based primarily on “Getting to Yes” by Fisher, Ury, and Patton) will be followed by identifying the reasons people fear negotiations,. Whether it is the process, the relationship, or the outcome, people too often lack confidence and fear imposter syndrome.  This creates a negative effect on the experience and often the outcome. For example, introverts are NOT bad negotiators, and intimidation is NOT a good tactic. Yet we see people carry those false beliefs with them and build them into false fears. In this webinar you will learn to identify your fears and deal with them effectively (even if you are an introvert) to create positive results in the process, the relationship, and the outcome.
